Attorney Herb Santos, Sr., has a long history of serving the people of Nevada and his country.  His career began by serving in the United States Navy.  After his serve in the Navy, he decided to attend law school in Boston, Massachusetts.  Upon his graduation, he again felt the call of his country and joined the United States Air Force, where he served as a JAG Officer.

Attorney Santos also served as a Deputy Reno City Attorney, a Deputy District Attorney, and a judge pro tem.

Attorney Santos is an active member of the Nevada State Bar, the Washoe County Bar Association, and the Nevada Justice Association (formerly, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association).

Beside his law practice, Attorney Santos has been involved with boxing for many years.  He is a professional boxing judge and has also served as the Chairman of the Nevada Athletic Commission.  Some of the more memorable professional boxing matches that he has personally judged includes, Marvin Hagler vs.Thomas Hearns, Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Bruce Finch, and Larry Holmes vs. Tim Witherspoon to name a few.

Attorney Santos is also active in the entertainment industry.  He has acted in such films as Kingpin, Jane Austin's Mafia, Smokin' Aces and The Last Don.
